WELCOME TO DUO SKIN AND HYDRATION

We’re so glad you’ve chosen Duo Skin and Hydration for your aesthetic care! Our team is here to support you not only during your visit but throughout your skincare and aesthetic journey.

​To help us keep everything running smoothly, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any updated medical forms, consents, and photos. We kindly ask that you come with a clean face or be prepared for us to remove your makeup before beginning your service.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Duo Skin & Hydration, we prioritize the privacy and safety of our clients' personal information. We are committed to using secure and reliable methods to store and protect any data provided by our clients. Our Privacy Policy outlines the details of how we use, collect, and safeguard personal information. We also provide information on third-party banking for payment verification and the measures taken to ensure data security. Our transparent approach aims to build trust and maintain the privacy of our clients.
We take your privacy seriously and use HIPAA-compliant software along with reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy practices, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Privacy & Safety

LATE POLICY

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time and affect the quality of your experience. We’ll do our best to complete your service within the remaining scheduled time. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply (see our Cancellation Policy for details).

VISITOR POLICY

Children under the age of 12 years old are prohibited to accompany the client due to safety measures when it comes to our medical treatments (lasers, etc.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy in place to ensure all guests have access to timely appointments while respecting the time of our providers.

Any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours or marked as a no-show will incur a fee automatically charged to the credit card on file.

If a patient no-shows, arrives late, or cancels three times, they will be required to prepay in full for future appointments. Please note that this prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated. 

Our providers’ schedules are often booked weeks to months in advance, so last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients who are waiting. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it allows our team to continue offering the highest level of care and service to all of our patients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. Results from aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person, and while we always strive to help you achieve your desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments needed to reach your goals will be the client’s responsibility.

We also do not offer refunds on product purchases. However, if a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that gift certificate purchases are nonrefundable.
